Our Founder
N3 Consultant Group was founded by Dr. Natasha Mathis, an educational leader, consultant, and culture strategist with over 20+ years of experience in turnaround improvement, staff development, strategic partnerships, and organizational change. Her work is grounded in one belief: people perform at their highest level when they feel seen, supported, challenged, and connected to a shared purpose.
Through her leadership in urban education, Dr. Mathis has helped schools strengthen culture, improve adult collaboration, support student achievement, and build systems that create measurable growth. Her leadership experience as a special education supervisor, school principal, and central office administrator has equipped her to help school districts strengthen organizational health, improve IDEA compliance, and elevate adult and student outcomes. She has led efforts that increased the representation of teachers of color from 13% to 34%, expanded male teacher representation, and built systems of support for special populations. Her work has also improved climate and culture and secured community partnership funding to advance equity initiatives recognized by the Pennsylvania Department of Education.
